This incredible blend will have you deep in your meditation or shavasana practice. It contains a combination of essential oils that help you switch off, tune out and go within.

This incredibly tranquil blend has been created to use when you are almost finished your yoga practice and you are heading down onto your mat for shavasana, or to help you more deeply connect in your meditation practice. 

It helps to calm the monkey mind, get focused, centred and grounded and can also be used to calm you down before bed time or any other time you need to calm and ground. 

INGREDIENTS: 

It contains incredibly grounding and calming essential oils frankincense, sandalwood, lavender, elemi, patchouli, clary sage, as well as Young Livings specific blend called Peace & Calming and is topped with fractionated coconut oil and dried lavender flowers. 

TO USE: 

- Roll on your third eye area making your way out to your temples. Make sure you avoid your eyes!
- You can also roll it in your hands and inhale deeply to help calm and relax your nervous system. 
- For deep and restorative sleep, you can roll this blend on the bottom of your feet or your childrens feet before you turn in.
