You can spray it on your sheets when you make your bed of a morning, or you can spray your sheets and pillow just before you get into bed of an evening. 

The Deep Rest Linen Spray Spray is made using a combination of Young Living essential oils of Cedarwood, Lavender, Stress Away and Dream Catcher, dried lavender and Amethyst crystal chips and topped with witch hazel and filtered water.

WHEN & HOW TO USE: 

- spray on your sheets when you make your bed in the morning
- spray on your linen just before you get into bed at night
- keep it by your bedside so you can respray if you wake up at night
